Hearthwell is a referral service for homeowners who need chimney work. When you tell us about your project, we match you with an independent, local chimney specialist who serves your area and handles your type of job. The pro contacts you directly, inspects the work, and provides a written estimate.

What we look for in a pro

• Insured and properly licensed. Pros confirm current liability insurance and any license their state or city requires.
• Certified expertise. We prioritize specialists with CSIA certification or equivalent industry training.
• Written estimates. You get a clear, written scope and price before any work begins.
• Photo-documented findings. Good pros show you what they found, so you never have to take a repair on faith.

How we’re paid

Hearthwell is free for homeowners. Contractors in our network may pay us a fee when we connect them with a homeowner. That fee never changes the price you’re quoted, and you are never obligated to hire anyone.
